FAQ'S

Our towers are not for dry hire, we prefer to set them up according to strict standards to ensure the safety of guests and the best possible outcome when pouring the tower.

We don't provide champagne for the towers, this needs to be provided by the venue or yourselves. Usually you can ask you venue to provide the champagne as part of your drinks package.

4 tier - minimum of 3 bottles needed for a part pour or 6 bottles to fill it completely

5 tier - minimum of 5 bottles needed for a part pour or 8 bottles to fill it completely

After setting up your tower we will pass instructions to your venue about what to do. You should not wash the glasses, please have them placed back in the boxes provided. Our plinth and drip tray should not be used for anything other than the champagne tower

Delivery/travel charges are applicable for all champagne tower hires with or without staff hire, that is because sometimes our towers don't arrive with the staff person and are independently setup prior to their arrival. At time of completing the booking form you will be able to tick any one of the following which is applicable to your venue location.

Inner Perth City (suburbs located up to 10kms from Perth City) = $50

North of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) = $80

South of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) = $70

Any further than this will be quoted upon request.

LATE NIGHT PICK UP CHARGES

If you require us to pack up between the hours of 10pm to 12am this will be considered a late night pack up. Any later than this will have to be picked up the following morning. We can pick up early.

North of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) =$160

South of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) = $160

Any further than this will be quoted upon request.

SAME DAY PICKUP CHARGES

If you require us to pick up before 10pm the additional charges will apply as below.

North of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) =$80

South of the River (suburbs located 11kms-30kms from Perth City) = $70

Any further than this will be quoted upon request.

In the case that you have booked an attendant to stay, they can pack up the tower and take it with them. This is dependant on how many hours you have booked the attendant for.
